A New Season for Canopy and Fleurish

Hello Canopy Community,
We’ve got some exciting news to share. Over the next few months, we’ll be partnering with our friends at Fleurish to bring a cozy retail and coffee shop to our lower level. Think fresh coffee, tasty treats, and beautiful florals, all just a few steps away from your desk!Here’s what you can expect:

What’s Staying the Same?
 Membership pricing – no changes!
 The upper level – still the Canopy you know and love.
 Some flex desks will remain on the lower level once things are set up.
 Rough edge table will be flex desk work-stations, plus a small fireside table
 Our booking for the meeting space system is getting a little glow-up, it’s moving online! Stay tuned for more details

What’s Changing?
 The booking system will soon be fully online for easier access. (vs Google Calendar DIY)

Invoices will come from Fleurish going forward, but still via Square, Canopy Coworking title) *See note below

 Dropins and Basic+ Members will tap and pay at tablet. (we will let you when this is starting)

 Full time members and private office clients will still get 24-hour access through the upper level entrance through a secure code.

The lower level will be transformed into a charming café and retail space, perfect for coffee breaks and client chats, with a couple tables for client meet ups or flex desk working.

 We will lose the downstairs boardroom, so all closed meetings will take place in the upstairs boardroom.

 We’re adding connecting doorways between Canopy and Fleurish, on both levels.

 A new private office is being built on the main floor.

 We’ll be opening up the lower level by removing some walls.

If you typically work on the main floor, we’ve already been in touch to chat about options.

 If you’re based upstairs, nothing changes for you, carry on as usual! Other than that, more people will be there from now on.

 If you are used to using the downstairs boardroom, other spaces will need to be considered. We will let you know when this is taking effect. (Upstairs boardroom, open space meeting, upper deck or porch)

 Please invest in a good set of earbuds/headphones with mic. As the space may get busy some days, we’ll need to abide by the headphone rules and adhere to the phone call protocols. If others are in the space, no speaker phone calls and we ask you take calls into one of the pod rooms or boardroom if open or deck.

We’re really excited about this new chapter and believe it will make Canopy an even better space to work, connect, and create.
